Try Jiu-Jitsu with the Train4 team. No experience required. Choose your first class and let us know you’re new.
Sauna sessions and add-ons
Session prices
Members: $10 per session. Members’ invited guests: $15 per person.
Weekly add-on
Add unlimited sauna use during opening hours for $15 per week extra.
What to bring
Bring at least two towels. Towel hire is also available.
Member support
The academy lists no-cost sauna access for members who are injured or conducting rehabilitation. Ask the team to confirm eligibility and availability before booking.
